Moves into the neighborhood

MERIDEN, CT- Entertainment Lawyer, Author and Real Estate Developer James L. Walker, Jr. announced the purchase of a new 7,000 square foot office building in New Haven County, opening the second location of his expanding practice, Walker and Associates.  The Meriden building will serve as his north headquarters and sister office to his main branch in Stamford.

“I am truly honored that our great staff, led by Richard Byrd and Elizabeth Dellinger, have worked so diligently to help with the purchase and establishment of yet another location where we can offer services to clients in the greater Hartford and New Haven areas .” said Walker, who primarily works at the Walker Building in Stamford.  Attorney Walker frequents the Meriden office twice a week to train staff and manage business matters.

Walker’s new building, the former CT Chiropractic Building, is located on 74 S Broad Street.  It is now appropriately called The Walker Building North. The structure houses three floors of office space; Meriden Chiropractic operates on the first floor, two available suites on the second floor, and Walker’s firm, Walker and Associates occupies the third.

“We are presently painting and renovating the building for the purpose of renting out the available suites to other businesses. I’m pleased to have this opportunity to expand the reach of my practice to Meriden. It’s truly a great city with a lot of business potential.” said Walker of his new property.
